We’re committed to using only the necessary ingredients - nothing extra, nothing harmful - while improving taste. Because enjoying your favorite foods shouldn’t come at the cost of your well-being.

Tortillas, quesadillas, pies - these classics have been made the same way for decades, often with outdated, unhealthy recipes. We’re here to change that. By rethinking these staples with cleaner, healthier, and better-tasting ingredients, we’re making food that’s not just delicious but also made with integrity. We like to say we’re reimagining your favorite foods!

We are passionate about developing great-tasting foods made from healthier ingredients. Our inspiration for flavors comes from our travels around the world, exploring markets for inspirational dishes and unique ingredients.

However, our mission for better-for-you alternatives comes from a shared personal childhood experience. A life-defining event for both of us was losing our dads at a young age due to heart disease. Our mission is to help families avoid the same struggle by offering delicious food with less saturated fat and calories, and zero preservatives. We know eating healthy can be difficult when foods lack taste and are not satisfying.  

Through our Rise & Puff products, we are driven each day to change the paradigm about food, offering better everyday choices. We vow to only develop products we are convinced are truly delicious and would serve to our closest friends and family. We’re dedicated to making healthier eating more enjoyable and accessible. Rise & Puff donates a portion of our profits to Cooperative for Education, an award-winning non-profit supplier of books, teacher training, and scholarships for students in Guatemala.

Their work meets an important need as 90% of rural Guatemalan classrooms do not have textbooks, and one in three indigenous Guatemalans cannot read or write. Rise & Puff is proud to support their work helping to break the cycle of poverty through education.
