Refund policy

At Rise & Puff, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to your doorstep. We guarantee delivery to the home address provided at the time of purchase. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery to business addresses. If your package is delivered to a business that is closed, the courier may not attempt delivery until the following business day, which may affect the product's condition.


You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and for properly storing the products upon delivery in your freezer or refrigerator. All of our quesadilla and pie products must be kept frozen until you are ready to cook them. Our tortillas should be kept frozen or refrigerated. 

We cannot guarantee the condition of products upon delivery if your delivery address is incorrect or not updated before shipping, or if you change the delivery address while products are in transit, or if you are unable to retrieve the delivery upon delivery.

Since we ship perishable products that cannot be restocked or resold, we are unable to accept returns.

You are exclusively responsible for inspecting all products you receive from us upon delivery. You should inspect all products for damage, freshness, and other possible issues. The inside container temperature upon receipt for any quesadilla or pie product should be 40° F or below. For food safety and to maintain the highest quality, we recommend that you immediately freeze or refrigerate all perishable products upon delivery.

Refunds

The following issues are covered under our refund policy:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Missing items from your order

Please note: We are not responsible for delivery delays or handling issues caused by the shipping carrier, including defrosted items due to transit issues.

The following reasons are not covered under our refund policy:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Refusal of delivery when the order is shipped according to our terms
  • Late delivery due to an incorrect address
  • Customer failure to properly store products upon receipt

Report an Issue with Your Order

If you're not completely satisfied with your Rise & Puff order for a reason covered under our policy, please contact help@riseandpuff.com within 7 days of receipt. We’ll review your order and provide an appropriate resolution.

Resolutions may include, at our option:

  • Replacement of the affected product
  • Credit toward your next purchase
  • Partial or full refund

Because we cannot physically assess the product, we may ask for photos of the product label, damage, or issue to assist in resolving your case.
