Shipping Policy

Hey there! Thanks for choosing Rise & Puff. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Shipping Costs

We keep things simple:

Free shipping for orders over $95.
For orders under $95:
- Tortilla-only orders ship for $14.99.
- Orders with quesadillas ship for $29.99.

Shipping costs are added during checkout, so there are no surprises.

General

We do our best to keep everything in stock, but sometimes items sell out quickly. If something you ordered isn’t available, we’ll get in touch to see if you’d like to wait or get a refund for the out-of-stock items.

Delivery Details

When We Ship

We ship Monday through Wednesday to make sure your goodies arrive fresh and fabulous!

Orders placed after Tuesday at 11:59 PM ET will ship out the following week.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, your order will usually arrive within 2–3 days (U.S. only).

Need to Change Your Address?
Made a mistake on your delivery address? No problem—email us at help@riseandpuff.com, and we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

Running Late?
If your package is taking longer than expected, shoot us an email at help@riseandpuff.com, and we’ll make sure to get it sorted for you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow along as it makes its way to you.

What If My Package Arrives Damaged?

We’ve got you covered!

If the courier shows up with a damaged package, try to reject it and let us know right away at help@riseandpuff.com.
If it’s delivered while you’re away and something’s wrong, snap a photo and email us. We’ll work our hardest to take care of it!
