About our Tortillas
Our fresh tortillas are 100% preservative-free, so they're best kept refrigerated or frozen.
If placed in the refrigerator unopened, they will keep for 4 weeks. Once the pack is opened and stored in the fridge, it's best to consume within 7 days.
Our tortillas can also be frozen directly in their packaging for 6+ months. Just thaw overnight in the fridge prior to serving.
A warm tortilla is a delicious tortilla! For the best flavor and texture, pre-heat a non-stick pan or grill over medium heat (no oil required) or use tongs to rest it directly over a gas flame. Heat the tortillas for 20-30 seconds per side until they puff up, increasing the cook time for greater crispiness.

Wrap warm tortillas in a clean dish towel or sealed plastic bag to trap the moisture and heat.
If you eat a lot of tortillas, you might want to invest in a tortilla warmer.
Our tortillas contain wheat. There are no artificial preservatives, conditioners, hydrogenated fats, sorbic acid, or metals.
Original Tortilla: Wheat Flour, Water, Avocado Oil, Sea Salt.
Organic Tortilla: Organic Wheat Flour, Organic Malted Barley Flour, Water, Avocado Oil, Sea Salt.

There is no minimum order, but we speak from experience when we say that it’s impossible to stop at one pack! We’ve found that the typical family of 4 eats 2–3 packs a week.
Our fresh flour tortillas are perishable—that’s why they’re so good!—so we do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please email a photo of the issue to our customer service team along with an explanation: firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll work to resolve the issue.
Due to the nature and quality of our ingredients, we ship our tortillas frozen via Fedex 2 day.
They will often thaw by the time you receive them and this is expected. Upon arrival place them in the refrigerator or freezer. Our tortillas freeze and thaw quite effectively with limited taste difference. They generally last 30 days in the refrigerator and 6 months in the freezer. If there is a sign of color change in the dough or mold growth please throw them out.
Orders are only shipped out Monday through Wednesday.

Yes! We currently offer a choice of weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly deliveries. Subscribers receive prioritized shipping over other orders and a discounted price. You’ll also be the first to know about new products in the works.
You can easily update your address or manage your subscriptions via the Customer Portal. If you have an account with us, simply log in, go to the account page, and select the "Manage Subscription" button to reach the Customer Portal. If you don't have an account, go to your original “order confirmation" email and select "View Your Order", then click "Manage Your Subscription" to reach the Customer Portal.
To update your shipping information, find your subscription in the Customer Portal page and select "See more details". In the "Product Shipping Info" tab select the "edit" button next to "Shipping Address" to enter your new shipping information.
To update your billing information, find your subscription in the Customer Portal page and select "See more details". In the "Payment Details" tab select the "Update Payment" button. This will send you an email from Shopify to update your payment info.
To change the frequency of an active subscription, find your subscription in the Customer Portal page and select "See more details". Select the "Edit" button next to “Order Frequency” and update the value to your desired frequency.
To change the products of an active subscription, find your subscription in the Customer Portal page and select "See more details". Click on the "Product In This Subscription" tab to add or remove products from your subscription.
To skip an upcoming order or pause your subscription, find your subscription in the Customer Portal page and select "See more details". To pause your subscription, select "Pause Subscription" in the top section. To skip an upcoming order, select "Skip Order" in the "Upcoming Orders" tab.
To cancel an active subscription, find your subscription in the Customer Portal page and select "See more details". In the "Cancel Subscription" tab select "Cancel Subscription".
