Packaging & Handling
Due to the nature and quality of our ingredients, we ship our tortillas frozen via Fedex 2 day.
They will often thaw by the time you receive them and this is expected. Upon arrival place them in the refrigerator or freezer. Our tortillas freeze and thaw quite effectively with limited taste difference. They generally last 30 days in the refrigerator and 6 months in the freezer.
We ship from Monday to Wednesday to ensure a weekday delivery so your tortillas arrive fresh and fabulous. Orders placed after 5pm ET on Tuesday, will ship out the following week!
Once shipped, your order will usually arrive within 2–7 days (U.S. only). Any delivery date and time provided is an estimate only. Actual delivery dates and times may vary.
If you package arrive damaged, we've got you covered!
- If the courier shows up with a damaged package, try to reject it and let us know right away at help@riseandpuff.com.
- If it’s delivered while you’re away and something’s wrong, snap a photo and email us. We’ll work our hardest to take care of it!

Our thin & flaky high-protein tortillas are made from only keto flour (vital wheat gluten, whey protein isolate, modified food starch, unbleached wheat flour, casein, modified wheat starch, whey protein isolate, psyllium husk, cellulose gum, guar gum, xanthan gum), water, avocado oil, sea salt, baking powder, and high oleic sunflower lecithin.

Shelf Life & Storage
Our fresh tortillas are 100% preservative-free, so they're best kept refrigerated or frozen.
If placed in the refrigerator unopened, they will keep for 4 weeks. Once the pack is opened and stored in the fridge, it's best to consume within 7 days.
Our tortillas can also be frozen directly in their packaging for 6+ months. Just thaw overnight in the fridge prior to serving.

I love the Rise & Puff High Protein tortillas and eat at least 3-4 a week. I make shrimp tacos, breakfast tacos, fajitas, and use them as a replacement for bread. With a large egg, 2 turkey sausage links, extra hot Rotel, and plenty of the right seasonings, I have a solid breakfast that yields 23 grams of protein, and if I have 2 tacos, the protein is double! Great product and over the top customer service!
I unfortunately did not like the taste or texture of the high protein tortillas. Especially since I have been using the regular tortillas for quite a while now and they are top tier. But I was in a calorie deficit for a while and thought I would give them a shot since I was never disappointed before. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a refund and now I am stuck with about 5 packs of keto tortillas that I will not be eating. I really wish rice and puff had the option to just purchase one maybe 2 packs.
Love everything about the Rise & Puff tortillas. They crisp up nicely and are perfect with any protein to make delicious tacos and quesadillas. And, no artificial junk!

The best tasting tortillas fam has ever had!! Will be buying again
So far I have made a brie cheese with jalapeño sauce, a blueberry cobbler and a salmon with mushroom sauce. Key thing is to bind the ends with a bit of sauce or butter, and not fill it too much, and make it on the stovetop in a pan. The microwave spread the insides out a little too much. But These are great. I love the high protein and lower carbs.

My daughter has recently been diagnosed with diabetes. The high protein tortillas are perfect very low carbs exactly what the doctor ordered so to speak! Great flavor love that i can purchase a bunch they freeze great!
I love to pan fry a high protein tortilla and use it by wrapping around a mound of chicken salad or tuna salad for a quick lunch. These also are great as an alternative to a pizza crust after frying.
