Packaging & Handling
Due to the nature and quality of our ingredients, we ship our tortillas frozen and our quesadillas and guiltless desserts frozen with dry-ice via Fedex 2 day.
We ship from Monday to Wednesday to ensure a weekday delivery so your order arrives fresh and fabulous. Orders placed after 5pm ET on Tuesday, will ship out the following week!
Once shipped, your order will usually arrive within 2–7 days (U.S. only). Any delivery date and time provided is an estimate only. Actual delivery dates and times may vary.
If you package arrive damaged, we've got you covered!

For our tortillas:
A warm tortilla is a delicious tortilla! For the best flavor and texture, pre-heat a non-stick pan or grill over medium heat (no oil required) or use tongs to rest it directly over a gas flame. Heat the tortillas for 20-30 seconds per side until they puff up, increasing the cook time for greater crispiness.
For our quesadillas:
Pre-heat a non-stick pan or oiled pan on low heat.
If refrigerated: place quesadilla in pan 2.5 - 3 minutes per side, or air fryer on High/390° for 6-7 min til golden brown.
If frozen: place quesadilla in pan 4-5 minutes per side, or microwave on high 1 minute, then heat in pan til golden brown.

These are the most delicious tortillas I have ever tasted. They are also the healthiest. Whether you're having them for breakfast with eggs or beans and rice or just on their own they are fabulous. Found out that microwaving doesn’t work. It came out too crispy almost unable to eat. Been using stove. Works much better. Too expensive with shipping. Wanted to try apple quesadilla but shipping is just too much. I do like the product though.
