Due to the nature and quality of our ingredients, we ship our pies frozen with dry-ice via Fedex 2 day.

We ship from Monday to Wednesday to ensure a weekday delivery so your order arrives fresh and fabulous. Orders placed after 5pm ET on Tuesday, will ship out the following week!

Once shipped, your order will usually arrive within 2–7 days (U.S. only). Any delivery date and time provided is an estimate only. Actual delivery dates and times may vary.

We proudly use packaging materials that are eco-friendly, utilizing thermal liners that are curbside recyclable. You can dispose of ClimaCell in one simple step. Put both panels in your home recycling bin, along with the cardboard shipping box in which they arrived. It's that easy.

Thin Crust Apple Pie - Thin on Flavor

While I generally like the Rise & Puff Products so far, I was not too enamored with the
Thin Crust Apple Pie. The texture and filling were good, but could you put more cinnamon sugar in it? I think that would improve the taste - in my humble opinion. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback....

Tastes Great; But Don’t Use Microwave

I think the apple pie puffs taste really good - sweet but not too sweet. But I can no only recommend the pan fry method of preparing. Try as I might, the microwave prep results in a mess g t hat has to be scraped and peeled off the crisper sleeve. This has not been an issue with the other puffs (pot pie, etc.). But after trying 4 different times to get the apple pies to work, I recommend only pan frying.

Heating instructions are not clear.

Spoiled. Cannot eat arrived in zero ice

Alot of hype

Was decent. No puff. Tried multiple ways to cook. Not something i would buy again. Big marketing hype.

Delicious but shipping is suspect

Entrees from these folks are quality and well packaged. Easy to prepare and shipped frozen. Unfortunately I must be down the delivery route because both of my last two orders had thawed and dry ice gone. Refroze them and haven’t gotten sick from eating them but it’s a worry.

Sooo tasty…it’s ridiculous!

These should be illegal. Nothing this flavorful should be allowed to exist. I find it very conducive to overeating! ( gotta really watch that ). I have to put them so far into my freezer that it’s awkward to get to them, otherwise I would probably have them 3 times a day! (And the shocking part?…my husband likes them too!)

Arrived defrosted no dry ice left at all in the packging. FedEx is the least reliable carrier in our area. On a 100° day they made us the last stop about 12 hours after the original expected delivery time.

Not satisfied

Crust is too thin, and unlike other selections, does not puff up and gets stuck on the material cooking it. Will not buy again.
