I cook 10 lbs of chicken thighs each week and then we put entire grilled thigh in Rise and Puff for an amazing healthy soft taco and it's about 30 grams protein for each taco

Absolutely delicious!

These are hands-down the best tortillas you will ever have. They are not the dense and heavy tortillas you find in a typical supermarket. These are light and fluffy gourmet tortillas that have replaced bread in our house for everything from avocado toast (now avocado tortillas!), lox cream cheese and onions, and even more delicious creations like feta cheese arugula and pesto. They take only about 60 seconds to cook in a pan, probably faster and easier than a slice of toast. Really a delicious creation and food innovation on a timeless classic— congratulations to the team at M & P gastronomy.

Rise & Puff introduced me to the idea of fresh tortillas, and have me hooked. I honestly love the cooking process - from the sizzle to the puff!

We eat a strict whole food diet but my husband loves tacos so these are a must! The clean ingredients are wonderful and the taste is top notch! I would have given 5 stars but I'm a little disappointed in how much shipping is costing now. It was far cheaper before. Shipping showed the weight of our package as 26lbs. We weighed it upon receiving it and it was actually 10.6lbs. We will continue to order these because they are amazing. Unfortunately we can't order as many as we were because shipping is so high.

I thought I'd try these because they looked easy & tasty. Honestly, they are much better than I expected. I will definitely order more in the future. I have also been recommending them to my friends.

These are fantastic! We moved to the Northeast from Texas and tortillas are a huge thing in south Texas haha we missed them! These are excellent; although they are a little thin, I would prefer 13 carbs versus 40! Super tasty and fresh! Pricey!

I’ll start by saying that I love these tortillas. They’re very tasty, unique, and although they’re a little on the small side, I really enjoy them.

What I don’t understand is why no one else has mentioned that they arrive frozen in one giant clump. The package says to take out and defrost a single tortilla, but that’s virtually impossible because they’re all stuck together. Every time you want just one, you have to thaw the entire package.

I actually took it upon myself—which I shouldn’t have to do, especially considering the price—to separate every tortilla with wax paper and then put them back in the package before returning them to the freezer. Problem solved, but it seems like something the manufacturer could easily do themselves.

I’m honestly surprised that no one else has complained about this. It’s frustrating enough that I may not purchase them again, despite how much I like the product itself.

As someone who used to make homemade flour tortillas regularly, I can honestly say these are the closest I’ve found to homemade. They’re soft, flavorful, and have a wonderful texture. These days I value a little convenience, and having tortillas this good on hand is a real treat. They’ve earned a permanent place in my kitchen.

Before I discovered Rise & Puff, tortillas were an occasional treat — simply because every time I picked up a package at the store and looked at the loooooong list of unpronounceable ingredients in them I just couldn't bring myself to buy them. Even the so-called healthy ones are full of junk! And now, we eat tortillas all the time and Rise & Puff tastes so much better. Easy to cook, they taste delicious, hold their shape, and it's awesome how long a package will last in the fridge. What's more, I'm on a weight loss journey and these are low-cal enough to work within my defiicit, too. Amazing, 100/10, will buy these for the rest of my life!
