Your Rise & Puff subscription remains active until you pause or cancel it. Orders are automatically processed based on the delivery schedule you select at checkout.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid your next order being processed, cancellations must be made before your upcoming shipment is prepared.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Do you offer refunds on subscription orders?

When is my next order processed?
You can view your upcoming order date anytime in your customer portal. Your order is processed on your scheduled renewal date. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, any changes or cancellations must be made before this date.
