Otherwise, orders just containing tortilla products are $14.99 anywhere in the Continental US.

And orders containing any quesadilla/pies products require dry-ice for shipping, and costs $29.99 anywhere in the Continental US.

Packaging & Handling

Due to the nature and quality of our ingredients, we ship our tortillas frozen via Fedex 2 day.

They will often thaw by the time you receive them and this is expected. Upon arrival place them in the refrigerator or freezer. Our tortillas freeze and thaw quite effectively with limited taste difference. They generally last 30 days in the refrigerator and 6 months in the freezer.

We ship from Monday to Wednesday to ensure a weekday delivery so your tortillas arrive fresh and fabulous. Orders placed after 11:59pm ET on Tuesday, will ship out the following week!

Once shipped, your order will usually arrive within 2–7 days (U.S. only). Any delivery date and time provided is an estimate only. Actual delivery dates and times may vary.

If you package arrive damaged, we've got you covered!

If the courier shows up with a damaged package, try to reject it and let us know right away at help@riseandpuff.com.
If it’s delivered while you’re away and something’s wrong, snap a photo and email us. We’ll work our hardest to take care of it!

How does subscription auto-renewal work?

Your Rise & Puff subscription remains active until you pause or cancel it. Orders are automatically processed based on the delivery schedule you select at checkout.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid your next order being processed, cancellations must be made before your upcoming shipment is prepared.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Do you offer refunds on subscription orders?

We do not offer refunds on subscription orders once they have been processed. However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us and we will make it right. Our goal is always to ensure you have a great experience with Rise & Puff.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. You can pause or resume your subscription anytime through your customer portal or by contacting customer support. Your subscription remains active unless it is paused or canceled.

Shelf Life & Storage

Our fresh tortillas are 100% preservative-free, so they're best kept refrigerated or frozen.

If placed in the refrigerator unopened, they will keep for 4 weeks. Once the pack is opened and stored in the fridge, it's best to consume within 7 days.

Our tortillas can also be frozen directly in their packaging for 6+ months. Just thaw overnight in the fridge prior to serving.

A warm tortilla is a delicious tortilla! For the best flavor and texture, pre-heat a non-stick pan or grill over medium heat (no oil required) or use tongs to rest it directly over a gas flame.

Heat the tortillas for 20-30 seconds per side until they puff up, increasing the cook time for greater crispiness.

Food has a powerful emotional pull. The flavors we grew up on are tied to comfort, family, and nostalgia — they’re often where our happiest memories live. Taste Happiness is about capturing that feeling conveniently while reimagining those foods for how we want to eat today. We use premium, clean ingredients and chef crafted recipes to improve the nutritional profile without compromising on flavor. We remove preservatives and manufacturing agents, increase protein where it counts, and reduce saturated fat and sugar. And instead of relying on additives, we use the freezer — nature’s pause button — to lock in freshness and flavor at their peak.

Our food is designed to be restaurant quality yet conveniently available at home. For example we purposefully par-cook our dough so that it can be finished at home for that fresh bakery bite. Few things taste better than freshly baked bread goods and we want to help you re-create that experience at home. Balancing fresh taste and convenience matters to us. We typically present multiple ways to cook food items to accommodate your busy schedules. We highlight what we think is the preferred method. For example, our general suggestion on quesadillas is to pan crisp. The dough perfectly browns and crisps to create a wonderful textual contrast between outside crispy and warm gooey inside.

We also believe food education starts at home. By reading nutritional labels and questioning outdated food norms, sharing what we learn, and being transparent about ingredients, we make it easier for people to understand what’s in their food and why it matters.
