Packaging & Handling

Due to the nature and quality of our ingredients, we ship our pies frozen with dry-ice via Fedex 2 day.

We ship from Monday to Wednesday to ensure a weekday delivery so your order arrives fresh and fabulous. Orders placed after 5pm ET on Tuesday, will ship out the following week!

Once shipped, your order will usually arrive within 2–7 days (U.S. only). Any delivery date and time provided is an estimate only. Actual delivery dates and times may vary.

We proudly use packaging materials that are eco-friendly, utilizing thermal liners that are curbside recyclable. You can dispose of ClimaCell in one simple step. Put both panels in your home recycling bin, along with the cardboard shipping box in which they arrived. It's that easy.

I can’t believe how tasty these are: made with recognizable healthy ingredients, flavor is not compromised. So quick they are perfect when you need to eat between meetings and not resort to junk food. I cooked mine on the stove and love the crisp tortilla with the creamy filling.

Very good… really enjoyed them!

The whole order was defrosted, the food was cool. I was home and pulled the box directly in and unboxed. I paused too much money to have them arrive defrosted. I realize I live in Arizona but temps have been in the 80’s where I live.
I would like to buy other flavors as Sprouts carried the basic flavors. So I will not online order again.

Now to the positive the tortillas are delicious and I guess the French onion quesadillas survived, they do taste delicious.

These are so easy to make and they are very delicious we enjoy them all.

Flavor is fantastic!

Juicy and tasty just hard to get the cook just right where ingredients are hot but the crust doesn't dry out and become tough.
I would love the cook as pictured but can't get that with the sleeve using a microwave.
These are quick go tos for short lunches.
