Due to the nature and quality of our ingredients, we ship our pies frozen with dry-ice via Fedex 2 day.

We ship from Monday to Wednesday to ensure a weekday delivery so your order arrives fresh and fabulous. Orders placed after 5pm ET on Tuesday, will ship out the following week!

Once shipped, your order will usually arrive within 2–7 days (U.S. only). Any delivery date and time provided is an estimate only. Actual delivery dates and times may vary.

We proudly use packaging materials that are eco-friendly, utilizing thermal liners that are curbside recyclable. You can dispose of ClimaCell in one simple step. Put both panels in your home recycling bin, along with the cardboard shipping box in which they arrived. It's that easy.

The portion is perfect and it tastes like a chicken pie. It is yummy!

I’m happy to report that the Chicken Pot Pies are excellent! Yummy white meat and a good sauce to cover up peas & carrots. I brush mine with avocado oil before cooking in a skillet and they come out crispy. Add a little salt and boom, easy meal!

Sooooo good but not much “rise & puff”

The chicken pot pie (and turkey pot pie) is really delicious. My only issue is that the crust doesn’t really rise much. Grilling it on the stove top as recommended just gives it a nice toasted like texture. Regardless it’s very tasty

The heating instructions are vague at best. At the price they charge, the microwave heating instructions should be more evident. Their products are too expensive to be conducting experiments with microwave ovens.

Really enjoyed the pot pie, but very dissapointed

Really enjoyed the pot pie, but very disappointed by the amount of filling. The picture you posted shows about 2-3x the actual amount. Very disappointed by how misleading it was. I take 2 patties and put the filling in 1 wrap. So much more enjoyable. I loved the idea of this product, but won't buy anymore do to the lack of filling. Be happy to pay double if the product actually looks like the picture you posted. Quiet a shame and disappointment. loved the product and idea, just could be so much better with more filling, (2-3x), and bigger chunks of chicken.
