Packaging & Handling
Due to the nature and quality of our ingredients, we ship our quesadillas and pies frozen with dry-ice via Fedex 2 day.
We ship from Monday to Wednesday to ensure a weekday delivery so your order arrives fresh and fabulous. Orders placed after 11:59pm ET on Tuesday, will ship out the following week!
Once shipped, your order will usually arrive within 2–7 days (U.S. only). Any delivery date and time provided is an estimate only. Actual delivery dates and times may vary.
We proudly use packaging materials that are eco-friendly, utilizing thermal liners that are curbside recyclable. You can dispose of ClimaCell in one simple step. Put both panels in your home recycling bin, along with the cardboard shipping box in which they arrived. It's that easy.

Crisps in minutes
Pre-heat a non-stick pan or oiled pan on low heat.
If refrigerated: place quesadilla in pan 2.5 - 3 minutes per side, or air fryer on High/390° for 6-7 min til golden brown.
If frozen: place quesadilla in pan 4-5 minutes per side, or microwave on high 1 minute, then heat in pan til golden brown.

Great breakfast or quick snack
I have tried a few flavors and all are good for the most part, but the cooking them been an issue for me. I have tried all 3 ways to cook from frozen (air fry, pan fry, microwave) and only air fry comes out satisfactory. The other methods don't seem to cook it all the way through in the mentioned timeframe. They are much thinner than I expected when cooked. The apple has been my favorite so far, but again cooking to crispy all around on the outside and heated completely inside has been a challenge.

Here are some of our recommended cooking methods and times:
Non-Stick Pan
Pre-heat a non-stick pan or oiled pan on low heat.
If refrigerated: cook for 2:30 - 3 minutes per side.
If frozen: cook for 4 - 5 minutes per side.
Air Fryer
Set on High (380° F)
If refrigerated: cook for 7-8 minutes.
If frozen: cook for 8-9 minutes.
Microwave
Place the quesadilla inside the provided Crisping Sleeve
If refrigerated: microwave for 1:45 - 2:30 minutes.
If frozen: microwave for 2:30 - 3 minutes.
