Packaging & Handling
Due to the nature and quality of our ingredients, we ship our quesadillas and pies frozen with dry-ice via Fedex 2 day.
We ship from Monday to Wednesday to ensure a weekday delivery so your order arrives fresh and fabulous. Orders placed after 5pm ET on Tuesday, will ship out the following week!
Once shipped, your order will usually arrive within 2–7 days (U.S. only). Any delivery date and time provided is an estimate only. Actual delivery dates and times may vary.
We proudly use packaging materials that are eco-friendly, utilizing thermal liners that are curbside recyclable. You can dispose of ClimaCell in one simple step. Put both panels in your home recycling bin, along with the cardboard shipping box in which they arrived. It's that easy.
If you package arrive damaged, we've got you covered!
- If the courier shows up with a damaged package, try to reject it and let us know right away at help@riseandpuff.com.
- If it’s delivered while you’re away and something’s wrong, snap a photo and email us. We’ll work our hardest to take care of it!

How does subscription auto-renewal work?
Your Rise & Puff subscription stays active until you pause or cancel it. Orders are automatically processed based on the delivery frequency you selected at checkout – every 1, 2, or 3 months.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime – no hoops, no hassle. To avoid your next order being processed, cancellations must be made before your upcoming shipment is prepared.

You can cook your quesadillas or pie in a variety of ways. Here are some of our favorite methods:
Non-Stick Pan
- Pre-heat a non-stick pan or oiled pan on low heat.
- If refrigerated: cook for 2:30 - 3 minutes per side.
- If frozen: cook for 4 - 5 minutes per side.
Air Fryer
- Set on High (380° F)
- If refrigerated: cook for 7-8 minutes.
- If frozen: cook for 8-9 minutes.
Microwave

A lot of these the fillings are clumped in the center of the tortilla tastes good but they need to fix this issue of the fillings in the center and nothing on the edges
I recently discovered all of the Rise and Puff line of products and made a huge purchase on the website. Everything arrived as described, in good condition and quickly. Most of the flavors are great and the variety is good. The varieties that do not have meat in them just are not as satisfying and filling. I wish the tortillas used in the quesadillas were organic. I also wish there was a customizable variety package available. Otherwise, these are a great find and I highly recommend!

They are good, they didn't puff up very much, but they were good.
These are so convenient! I know the microwave is faster, but I prefer the skillet method as it does not make the tortilla tough. The taste is great and I made a quick powdered sugar icing that really elevates the apple pie. My favorite, so far, is the BBQ chicken with some Sweet Baby Ray's sauce.

I love the variety box of these quesadillas. The Chipotle Chicken has been my favorite so far. These are easy to warm up in a skillet with a touch of oil, and a great lunch option for work or home.

A great way to create a fast and easy meal not to mention they are low in calories. Add a side dish or salad and you're done!!! So far the BBQ chicken is my favorite!
