Your Rise & Puff subscription stays active until you pause or cancel it. Orders are automatically processed based on the delivery frequency you selected at checkout – every 1, 2, or 3 months.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime – no hoops, no hassle. To avoid your next order being processed, cancellations must be made before your upcoming shipment is prepared.

Do you offer refunds on subscription orders?
We do not offer refunds on subscription orders once they have been processed. However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us and we will make it right – that's our promise.

How will I be notified of changes to my subscription?
If Rise & Puff makes any changes that impact your subscription – such as pricing, product availability, or delivery timing – we will notify you in advance via email. If no email is on file, we will reach out by phone.
When is my next order processed?
You can view your upcoming order date anytime in your customer portal at riseandpuff.com/a/account/subscriptions. Your order is processed on your scheduled renewal date. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, any changes or cancellations must be made before that date.
