Packaging & Handling
Due to the nature and quality of our ingredients, we ship our quesadillas frozen with dry-ice via Fedex 2 day.
We ship from Monday to Wednesday to ensure a weekday delivery so your order arrives fresh and fabulous. Orders placed after 5pm ET on Tuesday, will ship out the following week!
Once shipped, your order will usually arrive within 2–7 days (U.S. only). Any delivery date and time provided is an estimate only. Actual delivery dates and times may vary.
We proudly use packaging materials that are eco-friendly, utilizing thermal liners that are curbside recyclable. You can dispose of ClimaCell in one simple step. Put both panels in your home recycling bin, along with the cardboard shipping box in which they arrived. It's that easy.
If you package arrive damaged, we've got you covered!
- If the courier shows up with a damaged package, try to reject it and let us know right away at help@riseandpuff.com.
- If it’s delivered while you’re away and something’s wrong, snap a photo and email us. We’ll work our hardest to take care of it!

How does subscription auto-renewal work?
Your Rise & Puff subscription stays active until you pause or cancel it. Orders are automatically processed based on the delivery frequency you selected at checkout – every 1, 2, or 3 months.
You can update, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer portal at riseandpuff.com/a/account/subscriptions or by contacting our customer support team.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime – no hoops, no hassle. To avoid your next order being processed, cancellations must be made before your upcoming shipment is prepared.

Do you offer refunds on subscription orders?

Crisps in minutes
You can cook your quesadillas in a variety of ways. Here are some of our favorite methods:
Non-Stick Pan
- Pre-heat a non-stick pan or oiled pan on low heat.
- If refrigerated: cook for 2:30 - 3 minutes per side.
- If frozen: cook for 4 - 5 minutes per side.
Air Fryer
- Set on High (380° F)
- If refrigerated: cook for 7-8 minutes.
- If frozen: cook for 8-9 minutes.
Microwave
- Place quesadilla inside the provided Crisping Sleeve
- If refrigerated: microwave for 1:45 - 2:30 minutes.
- If frozen: microwave for 2:30 - 3 minutes.

I love them, my kids love them, I can’t recommend them enough!! They’re a staple in our household. I love how convenient they are too, you can make them in 5 minutes
Can we please stop putting enriched flour in everything?! Much of the population can’t convert synthetic folic acid into a usable form. It’s highly inflammatory to most of us! I wanted to love these because I’ve been a fan of the tortillas but the “clean” ingredients you boast about aren’t actually all that clean when you add enriched products 😞

Unfortunately this product has really gone down in quality. I have canceled my subscription. The delivery is horrendous, left in a common area, not to my door. Product comes broken, and very little filling, and sometimes no crisper tray. In the beginning they were great, nice filling not broken...

I wish my cooked pizza had cheese overflowing like this. It’s disappointing how little cheese these have. It’s almost all puff. The sausage and turkey are the only ones that really have filling…and the apple pie. I wanted these to really be filling and work for my family. But there’s nothing to what’s in the stuffing.

Easy to prepare. On hand as you need them. Tasty!
Went through a few of the pizzas to find the right amount of time to cook them. The product is costly and to have to experiment because they can't put on the packaging the wattage of the oven they used is inconsiderate.
They are good for something quick and perfect for my mom with swallowing difficulty. I was waiting for it to rise more hence the name, but it didn’t. Still yummy.
I was looking forward to receiving my package until I opened it up and every single quesadilla in there which there were two dozen I believe I could not eat. I had to throw it all away because my doctor said it’s very unhealthy too much cholesterol too much salt too much fat too much carbohydrates. I bet they’re delicious but I wouldn’t even try them.

Never had one before and like the other products it was delicious
I have tried 5 different one. They are easy to make. I recommend using a bit of olive oil when frying. It’s nice to have food available in my freezer that tastes good and is healthy.

Taste good but I have to peel it off the thing. Only do 2 minutes or 1:30 and it still does it. I also got my entire cheese box without sleeves. Not good for me as I take them to work for the microwave. I probably won’t be repurchasing just cause they’ve been inconvenient for me and stick to the sleeve and end up having gray stuff on it. Or no sleeve.
