We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $95. Regardless if the order contains tortilla or quesadilla products.

Otherwise, orders just containing tortilla products are $14.99 anywhere in the Continental US.

And orders containing any quesadilla/pies products require dry-ice for shipping, and costs $29.99 anywhere in the Continental US.

Due to the nature and quality of our ingredients, we ship our quesadillas frozen with dry-ice via Fedex 2 day. 

We ship from Monday to Wednesday to ensure a weekday delivery so your order arrives fresh and fabulous. Orders placed after 5pm ET on Tuesday, will ship out the following week!

Once shipped, your order will usually arrive within 2–7 days (U.S. only). Any delivery date and time provided is an estimate only. Actual delivery dates and times may vary.

We proudly use packaging materials that are eco-friendly, utilizing thermal liners that are curbside recyclable. You can dispose of ClimaCell in one simple step. Put both panels in your home recycling bin, along with the cardboard shipping box in which they arrived. It's that easy.

If you package arrive damaged, we've got you covered!

• If the courier shows up with a damaged package, try to reject it and let us know right away at help@riseandpuff.com.
• If it’s delivered while you’re away and something’s wrong, snap a photo and email us. We’ll work our hardest to take care of it!

How does subscription auto-renewal work?

Your Rise & Puff subscription stays active until you pause or cancel it. Orders are automatically processed based on the delivery frequency you selected at checkout – every 1, 2, or 3 months.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime – no hoops, no hassle. To avoid your next order being processed, cancellations must be made before your upcoming shipment is prepared.

Do you offer refunds on subscription orders?

We do not offer refunds on subscription orders once they have been processed. However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us and we will make it right – that's our promise.

Can I pause or skip my subscription?

Yes – you can pause, skip, or resume your subscription anytime through your customer portal at riseandpuff.com/a/account/subscriptions or by contacting our customer support team. Your subscription remains active unless you pause or cancel it.

Can I make changes to my subscription?

Absolutely. Through your customer portal at riseandpuff.com/a/account/subscriptions you can:

• Swap or add products to your subscription
• Add a one-time product to your next order without changing your recurring subscription
• Adjust your delivery frequency – every 1, 2, or 3 months
• Pause, skip, or cancel anytime

How will I be notified of changes to my subscription?

If Rise & Puff makes any changes that impact your subscription – such as pricing, product availability, or delivery timing – we will notify you in advance via email. If no email is on file, we will reach out by phone.

When is my next order processed?

You can view your upcoming order date anytime in your customer portal at riseandpuff.com/a/account/subscriptions. Your order is processed on your scheduled renewal date. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, any changes or cancellations must be made before that date.
