Packaging & Handling
Due to the nature and quality of our ingredients, we ship our quesadillas frozen with dry-ice via Fedex 2 day.
We ship from Monday to Wednesday to ensure a weekday delivery so your order arrives fresh and fabulous. Orders placed after 5pm ET on Tuesday, will ship out the following week!
Once shipped, your order will usually arrive within 2–7 days (U.S. only). Any delivery date and time provided is an estimate only. Actual delivery dates and times may vary.
We proudly use packaging materials that are eco-friendly, utilizing thermal liners that are curbside recyclable. You can dispose of ClimaCell in one simple step. Put both panels in your home recycling bin, along with the cardboard shipping box in which they arrived. It's that easy.
If you package arrive damaged, we've got you covered!
- If the courier shows up with a damaged package, try to reject it and let us know right away at help@riseandpuff.com.
- If it’s delivered while you’re away and something’s wrong, snap a photo and email us. We’ll work our hardest to take care of it!

How does subscription auto-renewal work?
Your Rise & Puff subscription stays active until you pause or cancel it. Orders are automatically processed based on the delivery frequency you selected at checkout – every 1, 2, or 3 months.
You can update, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer portal at riseandpuff.com/a/account/subscriptions or by contacting our customer support team.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime – no hoops, no hassle. To avoid your next order being processed, cancellations must be made before your upcoming shipment is prepared.

Do you offer refunds on subscription orders?

You can cook your quesadillas in a variety of ways. Here are some of our favorite methods:
Non-Stick Pan
- Pre-heat a non-stick pan or oiled pan on low heat.
- If refrigerated: cook for 2:30 - 3 minutes per side.
- If frozen: cook for 4 - 5 minutes per side.
Air Fryer
- Set on High (380° F)
- If refrigerated: cook for 7-8 minutes.
- If frozen: cook for 8-9 minutes.
Microwave
- Place quesadilla inside the provided Crisping Sleeve
- If refrigerated: microwave for 1:45 - 2:30 minutes.
- If frozen: microwave for 2:30 - 3 minutes.

Our food is designed to be restaurant quality yet conveniently available at home. For example we purposefully par-cook our dough so that it can be finished at home for that fresh bakery bite. Few things taste better than freshly baked bread goods and we want to help you re-create that experience at home. Balancing fresh taste and convenience matters to us. We typically present multiple ways to cook food items to accommodate your busy schedules. We highlight what we think is the preferred method. For example, our general suggestion on quesadillas is to pan crisp. The dough perfectly browns and crisps to create a wonderful textual contrast between outside crispy and warm gooey inside.
We also believe food education starts at home. By reading nutritional labels and questioning outdated food norms, sharing what we learn, and being transparent about ingredients, we make it easier for people to understand what’s in their food and why it matters. Through honest conversations and a growing community that loves digging into these topics, we aim to give families the confidence to make choices that truly serve them. It was thawed and warm upon arrival. I am afraid to eat it. The red box holding the quesadillas was moist and falling apart.

I love all of your meals with one exception.
You need to pack more dry ice in your boxes.
Once you get one, that’s somewhat thawed out and refreeze it, when you go to cook it, it gets stuck to the cooking sleeve.

Package arrived, soaking wet, nothing cold everything defrosted
I love them but they were barrly cold when I got them. I took them off the porch as soon as they came. No dry ice left. They should have used more with thus heat.
So good and filling!! One of those fills me up!!
There we really good and great for lunch or a snack. Eryntasty and quick to fix. Like them best in the air fryer but microwave works too. I keep my freezer stocked with them.

These are my new favorite thing to eat. They're incredibly tasty and the tortillas are surprisingly crispy even when you use the microwave. You can really tell that they use quality ingredients in their products. At 300 calories per quesadilla they're perfect for a snack or have 2 or 3 for a meal that won't make you feel super full or bloated. I was so pleased with these that i set up a subscription on my second order.
These quesadillas are the best way to start my day. Fresh, easy, and delicious and a good boost of protein.

Way too much bacon! Should have half or less of what's there. Then after cooking the bacon look's raw. I hate to leave a bad review but it is what it is. Would not recommend!
