Due to the nature and quality of our ingredients, we ship our quesadillas frozen with dry-ice via Fedex 2 day.

We ship from Monday to Wednesday to ensure a weekday delivery so your order arrives fresh and fabulous. Orders placed after 5pm ET on Tuesday, will ship out the following week!

Once shipped, your order will usually arrive within 2–7 days (U.S. only). Any delivery date and time provided is an estimate only. Actual delivery dates and times may vary.

We proudly use packaging materials that are eco-friendly, utilizing thermal liners that are curbside recyclable. You can dispose of ClimaCell in one simple step. Put both panels in your home recycling bin, along with the cardboard shipping box in which they arrived. It's that easy.

Awesome taste and quality

Really great product. Love the taste and how they crisp up. But the order was almost ruined. It wasn’t shipped with enough dry ice product arrived and was already well over storage temp. Luckily I was home and froze them immediately. Definitely need to add more dry ice packets or insulation for shipping.

I hesitated ordering these quesadillas for months, but am so happy that I finally took the chance on them. They are quite delicious and filling. They are easy to heat up in a skillet from frozen (10 minutes total) and I love the crispiness !

The entire order arrived destroyed. Not enough ice for a 2 day delivery in Arizona summer, delivered at 7:15 pm. Will have to throw the entire order away sadly. If had been contacted regardibg delivery i think it could have been positive.

I have tried pan frying and microwave. They are not getting brown like you show. The microwave has been the best. But the middle is a little soggy and the ends are crispy. If you cooked them longer, the ends would be burnt. We still love them and will probably still purchase them. The pizza is good but a little spicy for me.

Love Those Pies

I haven't tried any of your pies that I didn't like, although some I like better than others. I gave 5 Stars for the reasons stated above, if I had rated on customer satisfaction I would have been hard pressed to rate higher than a 2.
Let me explain. You have a breakfast variety pack, which is great....why not a variety pack of non-breakfast items? Even better set a price for either 8 or 10 pack and let your customer choose which pies he/she wants. Thank you.

Unfortunately, the product arrived. Everything inside was spoiled. It sat with fedex somewhere the dry ice was completely melted.And everything was thawed out and wet.

Food was fine delivery sucked! Sorry!

Worth a try

After trying these quesadillas we found them as fairly good quality and convenient to make. They taste ok. I would not go as far as they are as good as what you could make yourself. We are not going to subscribe but may purchase occasionally as I don’t see that much value as the price is high for what you get.
