Packaging & Handling
Due to the nature and quality of our ingredients, we ship our quesadillas frozen with dry-ice via Fedex 2 day.
We ship from Monday to Wednesday to ensure a weekday delivery so your order arrives fresh and fabulous. Orders placed after 5pm ET on Tuesday, will ship out the following week!
Once shipped, your order will usually arrive within 2–7 days (U.S. only). Any delivery date and time provided is an estimate only. Actual delivery dates and times may vary.
We proudly use packaging materials that are eco-friendly, utilizing thermal liners that are curbside recyclable. You can dispose of ClimaCell in one simple step. Put both panels in your home recycling bin, along with the cardboard shipping box in which they arrived. It's that easy.
If you package arrive damaged, we've got you covered!
- If the courier shows up with a damaged package, try to reject it and let us know right away at help@riseandpuff.com.
- If it’s delivered while you’re away and something’s wrong, snap a photo and email us. We’ll work our hardest to take care of it!

Your Rise & Puff subscription stays active until you pause or cancel it. Orders are automatically processed based on the delivery frequency you selected at checkout – every 1, 2, or 3 months.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime – no hoops, no hassle. To avoid your next order being processed, cancellations must be made before your upcoming shipment is prepared.

Easy prep
Crisps in minutes
You can cook your quesadillas in a variety of ways. Here are some of our favorite methods:
Non-Stick Pan
- Pre-heat a non-stick pan or oiled pan on low heat.
- If refrigerated: cook for 2:30 - 3 minutes per side.
- If frozen: cook for 4 - 5 minutes per side.
Air Fryer
- Set on High (380° F)
- If refrigerated: cook for 7-8 minutes.
- If frozen: cook for 8-9 minutes.
Microwave
- Place quesadilla inside the provided Crisping Sleeve
- If refrigerated: microwave for 1:45 - 2:30 minutes.
- If frozen: microwave for 2:30 - 3 minutes.

None of the pot pies look anything like this. They are not full and overflowing with pot pie ingredients. They’re OK. But don’t expect them to look like they do on the package.
My husband and I were so excited and bought 5 different flavors..we were most disappointed in the flavor and texture..we will not be repurchasing sadly.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! These are a life saver — not just for busy days (so convenient!), but I'll even make this as my "treat" lunch/dinner with a side salad and they are SO satisfying! I feel like I'm cheating — but for under 300 calories, they fit right into my daily intake. They're delicious, crispy, SUPER convenient and have pretty balanced nutritional label, too!
I have cooked them via every method, and I am absolutely astonished that they even come out crispy in the microwave using the crisping sleeve provided! Perfect for a time crunch.
Sometimes I'll (carefully) open them up after they've been cooked and add a handful of arugula inside just for a bit more bulk and veggies.

I’m a single 70 year old. These quesadillas are perfect for my minimal life style. Quick, no mess, and very tasty. My favorites are the brisket, pizza, goat cheese pesto, and the chicken chipotle. Great for full meal with a salad or a snack. I’ve even done the pesto cheese as an appetizer with friends.

These are the best. Pop them into the crisping sleeve and into the microwave for 2 to 3 min and you have a risen and puffy deliciously filled dinner. Side with a salad or skinny down with a protein drink and this is all you need. The key is the crisping in the microwave - it is the best.
