Packaging & Handling

Due to the nature and quality of our ingredients, we ship our quesadillas frozen with dry-ice via Fedex 2 day.

We ship from Monday to Wednesday to ensure a weekday delivery so your order arrives fresh and fabulous. Orders placed after 11:59pm ET on Tuesday, will ship out the following week!

Once shipped, your order will usually arrive within 2–7 days (U.S. only). Any delivery date and time provided is an estimate only. Actual delivery dates and times may vary.

We proudly use packaging materials that are eco-friendly, utilizing thermal liners that are curbside recyclable. You can dispose of ClimaCell in one simple step. Put both panels in your home recycling bin, along with the cardboard shipping box in which they arrived. It's that easy.

If the courier shows up with a damaged package, try to reject it and let us know right away at help@riseandpuff.com.

Easy prep

Crisps in minutes

Pre-heat a non-stick pan or oiled pan on low heat.

If refrigerated: place quesadilla in pan 2.5 - 3 minutes per side, or air fryer on High/390° for 6-7 min til golden brown.

If frozen: place quesadilla in pan 4-5 minutes per side, or microwave on high 1 minute, then heat in pan til golden brown.

I love all the quesadillas I’ve tried. This is my favorite so far.

Overall very tasty needs consistency though

This is a wonderful product for those of us wanting a quick high protein, snack or dinner. I’m unsure if they contain a consistent amount of 20 g of protein. Some of the quesadillas definitely have more filling than others as there doesn’t seem to be consistency with how much protein is put inside each quesadilla. I don’t eat this just for taste to be quite honest, I’m more concerned about getting in my protein for the day and unfortunately this brand does not contain a wide variety of high protein quesadillas so I’m stuck with barbecue or chipotle all the time. I really hope they add a variety of higher protein ones such as buffalo chicken or steak. I’ve tried the breakfast ones and they’re OK but I honestly find ham and turkey kind of gross in general. Hoping they’ll make a steak and egg one or a high protein vegetarian option. I won’t eat anything that has less than 20 g of protein, which is still kind of low in my opinion so if this company were to gear their products for fitness people who need high protein, they’d probably make a killing
