Each of these varieties pack 20g of protein per quesadilla. These protein quesadillas are perfect for high-protein diets, post-workout meals, or anyone looking for a satisfying high protein breakfast or lunch. The rest of our gourmet quesadilla varieties offer 10-15g of protein per quesadilla.

Heat in a skillet pan for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. You can also use an air fryer at 350°F for 8-10 minutes for added crispiness, or quickly heat it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes using the provided crisping sleeve.

Quesadillas last up to 1 year frozen or 3 weeks refrigerated. Store them in the provided  airtight packaging to maintain freshness. Cook directly from frozen for best results.

We suggest that you thaw your tortillas before cooking them. They thaw from frozen relatively quickly. For the best texture and flavor, warm in a pre-heated pan over medium heat for 30 seconds per side until soft, warm and lightly puffed.

Our fresh tortillas are 100% preservative-free, so they're best kept refrigerated or frozen. If placed in the refrigerator unopened, they will keep for 4 weeks. Once the pack is opened and stored in the fridge, it's best to consume it within 7 days. Our tortillas can also be frozen directly in their packaging for 6+ months. Just thaw overnight in the fridge prior to serving.
